Conditions for registration, virtual participation, physical attendance and use of the Summit platform.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Virtual registration does not automatically create a physical seat. Physical attendance is invitation-led; expressions of interest from people without invitations remain subject to screening, capacity, stakeholder representation, protocol and operational requirements.
An approved or invited physical delegate may receive a personal encrypted QR entry pass. The pass must not be transferred, sold, copied for another person or deliberately shared. Duplicate or invalid scans may be recorded for security and audit purposes.
Virtual delegates use the email address registered on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address belongs to you and for preventing unauthorised use of your session. Administrator access is subject to stronger authentication and role restrictions.
You may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, abuse live chat or networking, upload malicious material, impersonate another participant, scrape restricted personal information, bypass access controls or use the service in a manner that is unlawful or disruptive.
The programme, speakers, venues, timings, streaming arrangements and activities may change for operational or official reasons. The platform and official communications should be checked for current information. The current venue plan is Seshego Digital Hub for 1–2 September and The Ranch Resort, Polokwane, for 3–4 September 2026.
Presentations, recordings, photographs, documents, logos and other Summit content may be protected by copyright or other rights. Access to content through the platform does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, commercially exploit or redistribute it.
Networking features are optional. Participants must communicate professionally and respect the privacy and preferences of other delegates. The platform should not be used for unsolicited bulk marketing, harassment or disclosure of another person’s private information.
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability and security, but live streaming, connectivity and third-party services may be affected by technical or network conditions. Administrators may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform or event.
