PHYSICAL ATTENDANCE · INVITATION-LED

Physical attendance is by invitation only.

If you have not received an invitation, you may still submit an expression of interest. Submitting this form does not confirm a physical seat. The Summit Secretariat will screen requests against venue capacity, stakeholder representation, programme requirements and applicable protocol or operational considerations.

  1. Your expression of interest is received and marked Pending Approval.
  2. You receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt.
  3. The Secretariat screens and reviews the application.
  4. You receive a separate email confirming whether physical attendance has been Approved or Declined.
  5. Only approved physical delegates receive confirmed physical-access status / event pass entitlement.
